Login Issues

Can't Log In

Problem: Unable to log into StudyPlus

Solutions:

  1. Check your email and password are correct
  2. Clear browser cache and cookies
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Check if your account is verified (check email)

Session Expired

Problem: Getting logged out frequently

Solutions:

  1. Ensure cookies are enabled in your browser
  2. Don't use incognito/private mode
  3. Check if your browser blocks third-party cookies

eClass Connection

Connection Failed

Problem: Can't connect to eClass

Solutions:

  1. Verify your eClass credentials are correct
  2. Check if eClass is accessible (try logging in directly)
  3. Your school's eClass might be under maintenance
  4. Try disconnecting and reconnecting

Data Not Syncing

Problem: Assignments or calendar not updating

Solutions:

  1. Click the manual sync/refresh button
  2. Wait 15 minutes for automatic sync
  3. Check if the items exist on eClass
  4. Disconnect and reconnect your eClass account

Display Issues

Dark Mode Not Working

Problem: Theme not changing properly

Solutions:

  1. Check Settings → Appearance
  2. Clear browser cache
