General
What is StudyPlus?
StudyPlus is a student study management platform that integrates with your school's eClass system to help you stay organized with assignments, deadlines, and study materials.
Is StudyPlus free?
StudyPlus is available to students at registered schools. Contact your school administrator or reach out to [email protected] to get access.
Which schools are supported?
StudyPlus currently supports schools using eClass systems. Contact us to check if your school is compatible.
Account
How do I create an account?
Accounts are created through your school. Contact your school administrator or our sales team for access.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, go to Settings → Account → Change Email. You'll need to verify the new email address.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the email instructions.
eClass
Is my eClass password safe?
Yes! Your credentials are encrypted with AES-256 encryption and stored securely. Our team cannot view your passwords.
Does StudyPlus modify my eClass data?
No. StudyPlus only reads data from eClass. We cannot submit assignments, change grades, or modify any content.
Why are some assignments missing?
- The assignment may not be published yet on eClass
- Try a manual sync
- The course may not be enrolled properly
Features
How does the AI task generator work?
Paste your assignment description, and our AI breaks it down into smaller, actionable tasks with suggested time estimates.
Can I export my data?
Yes, go to Settings → Export Data to download your tasks, calendar, and study materials.
Does StudyPlus work offline?
Currently, StudyPlus requires an internet connection. Offline mode is planned for a future update.
Privacy
What data does StudyPlus collect?
We collect account information (email, name), synced eClass data, and anonymous usage analytics. See our Privacy & Security page for details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Is there a mobile app?
StudyPlus is a web app that works on mobile browsers. A native app is planned for the future.
Why do I keep getting logged out?
Ensure cookies are enabled and you're not using incognito mode. Sessions last 90 days under normal conditions.
